A careful admission process designed to help families choose the right environment.
Admission at Blue Star Academy is not treated as a rushed transaction. We use the process to understand the child’s current stage, school habits, support needs and readiness for the academic and pastoral rhythm of our campus.
Initial enquiry
Families connect with the admissions office by phone, email or campus visit to understand available classes and timelines.
Campus interaction
Parents tour the school and, where relevant, discuss academics, transport, hostel life and the child’s current learning profile.
Assessment / meeting
A class-appropriate interaction or assessment helps us place the student responsibly and plan any required academic support.
Offer and onboarding
Once selected, families complete registration, document submission and orientation before the student joins the term.
Documents usually required
- Birth certificate and basic identity documents
- Previous school report cards and transfer certificate where applicable
- Passport-size photographs of student and parents
- Address proof and relevant category documentation if applicable
Who should consider boarding admission?
